Overview

The BP-3305CNC delivers 33 tons of hydraulic bending force across a 63-inch bed — enough capacity for real sheet metal production in a footprint that fits a small fabrication shop, a maintenance department, or an R&D bay. It’s the machine that gets a shop out of hand-braking parts without committing floor space to an industrial press brake.

The 2-axis CNC controller is what changes the work. Bend sequences are programmed, stored, and recalled, so a part with five bends runs the same on Monday as it does three months later — and a new operator produces the same part the experienced one does. Both bend depth (Y axis) and back gauge position are driven by the control, which is where repeatability actually comes from.

Underneath, a heavy welded steel frame and synchronized hydraulic system keep the ram parallel across the full 63 inches. On a press brake, frame deflection under load is what puts a taper in a long bend, and that’s precisely what mass and synchronization prevent.

Working speeds are practical rather than showy: 3.5 inches per second on approach, 0.394 inches per second through the bend, 3.3 inches per second on return. Foot pedal operation keeps both hands on the workpiece, which matters more on a brake than almost any other machine — the part moves as it forms.

Safety is built in rather than bolted on: light curtain, safety guarding, and limit switches are standard equipment on this configuration.
