Overview

The PM2200HK is a two-stage cyclonic dust collector with an auto-cleaning HEPA filter — the only cyclone on the market with that combination. Cyclonic separation drops heavy chips into the drum before the airstream ever reaches the filter, so suction holds steady instead of fading as the drum fills.

The HEPA rating is what separates this from a standard cyclone. It traps 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 micron, which is the size range that stays airborne for hours and reaches deepest into the lungs. Most collectors pass those straight through. And the filter cleans itself, so it doesn’t need the manual paddle routine every other collector requires.

Three horsepower moves 1,543 CFM through a 15-13/16 inch steel impeller — enough for a planer, a table saw, and a sander on the same trunk line. Connection is flexible: three 4-inch ports for direct machine hookups, or one 8-inch port if you’re running a main duct and branching downstream.

All-metal construction keeps vibration and noise down. A one-hand drum release drops the drum for bag changes without wrestling clamps, integrated vacuum lines hold the bag against the wall without a separate frame, and a vacuum pressure gauge tells you the filter’s condition instead of leaving you to guess.
